If a product purchased from Madamqatar has an issue, customers should report it within 3 days from the delivery date. The shop will send a replacement for the faulty product, and customers must return the product to the shop within 3-7 days (for Thailand) or 7-14 days (for foreign countries) after receiving the replacement. The returned product must be in its original condition and not have been worn. Please note that the shop does not offer cash returns and will only replace the original product that has issues.
To be eligible for a product exchange, it must be due to damage or a quality control issue from the shop. For this reason, we request that customers film a video clip while unpacking the product every time it is received. This helps to confirm any defects and ensures the customer's eligibility for a return. Claims will not be accepted if a video clip is not provided. When placing an order, please provide the order number to the shop. Upon receiving the order number, the shop will inspect the product quality and schedule the delivery. This process typically takes 7-14 days. If you need the product urgently, please contact the store before placing your order.

Once the customer has transferred the payment to the shop for the unique, one-of-a-kind product, orders cannot be canceled.

Customers can track their parcels by providing the parcel number that the shop has shared via email or chat on Line (@madamqatar).

Overseas purchases may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these expenses within the specified period may result in the product being returned with an additional 15% fee.
