Store's return policy?

  • To ensure customer satisfaction, Ideary shop requests customers to record a video clip of themselves unboxing and inspecting their purchased product. If any issues are found, customers must report them within 3 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned within 3-7 days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international orders from the date of receipt. The returned item must be in its original, unworn condition. It's important to note that the shop does not offer cash refunds.
  • To be eligible for a product exchange, it must be due to damage or a quality control issue from the shop. For this reason, we request that customers film a video clip while unpacking the product every time it is received. This helps to confirm any defects and ensures the customer's eligibility for a return. Claims will not be accepted if a video clip is not provided.   • When placing an order, please provide the order number to the shop. Upon receiving the order number, the shop will inspect the product quality and schedule the delivery. This process typically takes 7-14 days. If you need the product urgently, please contact the store before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order ? 

  • Once the customer has transferred the payment to the shop for the unique, one-of-a-kind product, orders cannot be canceled.
